Instructions:
1. Soak one slice of birds' nest in a ceramic bowl for 6 hours.
2. Extract the soaked water.
3. Add 1/2 tablespoons of sugar (optional)
4. fill up the bowl with (new) warm water.
5. Carefully place the bowl in large pot and fill just half way out side of bowl.
6. Steam on high for 30 minutes.
7. Let cool and place in refrigerator.
Consume 3-4 tablespoon a day for results.
